Each item we sell will come to you from a SHOE SCIENCE distribution center, with 1 on 1 support from a crew member assigned to your delivery and after sale support.  

Also, SHOE SCIENCE will champion your cause if your claim has to go back to the importer of the brand.

Once you purchase in-store or online, our service does not stop until you are happy!


You will be notified by a 'named' person who will look after you until you receive your item, and you are happy.

All orders are delivered as quickly as possible by a reputable courier company.

At SHOE SCIENCE, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased online. To assist you in the returns process, we have set out the SHOE SCIENCE online returns policy and process.

We know that returns can be a bit stressful, so we aim to do our bit as quickly as possible and make this easy for you.


SHOE SCIENCE offers ‘a return option’ within 30 days for items purchased online, provided it complies with the process set out below; 

  • Unworn and in the new condition shipped.
  • In the original packaging, box, with all the description tags.
  • Returned within 30 days of the date you received the order.


#1 - Notify by email the distribution centre that shipped your item. 

We will email you a short and easy returns form to complete, and will keep an eye out for your return.

We recommend that you send your product back via a tracked courier. The return courier delivery is at your cost and responsibility.

#2 - Complete the return form and include with the item package. 

#3 - Once we receive the item we will follow your instruction to either;

Exchange - We can discuss different options with you via phone or email.

Faulty - If the product is deemed faulty the product can be replaced.

Refund - Provide a refund when the returned item and packaging is in the new condition required to re-stock and sell. A refund may take 5 days to arrive in your bank account.

On the rare occasion a product is deemed not faulty or worn, we will email to discuss its return to you.

We will endeavour to action your return within 3 business days of receiving your package and email you.
